THE DIRECTOR OF INDUSTRY LEGAL APPROACHED ENGINEROOM WITH HIS intention of setting up a legal practice with the sole purpose of assisting individuals and businesses operating in the creative service industries. His offer was unique. Having first-hand commercial experience working across the entertainment industry he understood clients’ needs. THE TARGET Client base included; writers, performers, creators, designers, entertainment industry representatives, sports people, producers and public relations companies.

ENGINEROOM WERE TASKED WITH DEFINING THE BRAND, IT’S POSITIONING, ASSISTING WITH NAME DEVELOPMENT, Development of TAGLINE, BRAND IDENTITY, COLLATERAL and website. THE CONCEPT FOR THE LOGO WAS BORN FROM THE IDEA OF USING THE BRANDS initials “IL” (common to the logos of many existing lawyers), BUT rotating the “i” upside down to add A QUIRKY TWIST, showing INDUSTRY LEGAL WAS MORE CREATIVE THAN your typical law firm.
