Dowling Real Estate Elermore Vale, Wallsend and Stockton briefed Engineroom on developing a new identity for their new business name Creative Property. The Directors from Creative Property wanted something that would stand out and be different to their competitors in the local market. The Engineroom team researched other real estate agencies in the area, reviewing their branding styles and colours and developed an identity, vision and visual positioning for Creative Property which would not date, would be original and unique for this new business.
The young and fresh colour palette reinforced the office locations. The green representing Wallsend and Elermore Vale offices by the bush and the blue shades depicting Stockton by the ocean.
The logo device of the C and the P portrayed two people coming together - the agent and the vendor, the agent and the buyer, the agent and the landlord or the agency and tenant. This device also had strength to stand alone without the visual support of the wording Creative Property. An example of this is shown on the business cards with the team members holding the CP as a iconic device.
