PROJECT: New brand development
CLIENT: Jeffs jerky co.

Engineroom was approached by two brothers who had created a RECIPE FOR fantastic quality jerky. HAVING MADE it for family and friends for years, THEY now wanted to expand into retail. Unlike most other Jerky on the market, the product is 100% handmade, hand cut and uses quality ingredients MAKING the flavours 'real' and NOT 'artificial'.

At a time when Jerky packaging was consistently, bold, masculine, brightly coloured and PLASTIC looking. We wanted to differentiate JEFF'S  by playing up it's natural handmade aesthetic. Our aim was to not only appeal to the STEREOtypical Jerky enthusiast, but also to health conscious males and females who were looking for high protein snacks.

JEFF'S ENTRUSTED Engineroom WITH all aspects of the brand creation, from name generation, brand positioning, defining the brand essence, developing THE logo, tagline and packaging design.To ensure consistency and HELP BRING THE brands personality TO LIFE we were also asked to create all support material including; trade presenters, shipping cartons, point-of-sale, trade show signage, SOCIAL MEDIA IMAGERY and THEIR E-COMMERCE website. DUE TO THE LOYAL FOLLOWERS THE BRAND STARTED TO ATTRACT, WE ALSO DESIGNED MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING; T-SHIRTS, SINGLETS, HATS AND STUBBY HOLDERS.
